COMMISSION INFO

THE LIST BELOW SHOW HOW MANY COMMISSIONS I'M WORKING ON AT ANY GIVEN TIME. IF THERE'S NO NAME IT MEANS I'M FREE. THERE IS NO LIMIT ON HOW MANY PEOPLE I CAN ADD TO MY LIST AT THIS MOMENT. COMMISSIONS WILL BE DONE IN THE ORDER I RECEIVED THEM.

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time may vary due to personal life and others, but it's usually about a month. My current commission list will show if other people are in line and that could potentially mean it'll take longer. You can always ask me for updates anytime, feel free to contact me and I'll answer as soon as possible. Wips will be delivered through the whole time of work and minor adjustment can be made.

ABOUT REFUNDS

I do not offer refunds, unless I cannot complete the work for personal reasons. In that case, refunds are offered in full.

WHAT I WILL DRAW

- OCXCanon - Illustration based on stories/fanfics - Fantasy characters (elves, fairies, mermaid plsAskMeForMermaidsOMG) - Mild horror (like zombies, ghosts, etc)

WHAT I WON'T DRAW

- No portrait (of real people)

- Furries

- Mecha

- Animals (unless they're simple, feel free to ask me about it) - Complex armor (unless good refs are provided, ask me about it)

- Excessive gore content ( blood, bruises and wounds are fine, just not guts and such )

- Shota/Loli (in sexual/suggestive context) - Adult/minor (in sexual/suggestive context) - No offensive/racist/bigot content

Give as much reference as you can to explain the appearance of your OC, and add a brief description. If you can't provide the reference, just add detail in the description. You can also try to gather some photographs and pictures of other stuff to give me the basic idea of what you want me to do.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH YOUR COMMISSION

• Commissions are always for personal use only. Commercial commissions MUST be discusses beforehand.

• You can print it for yourself (that's mean you can't sell it in any way)

• You can post it elsewhere in your gallery/website/blog/tumblr/etc, but you have to credit back to me for the art.

• You can use your commission in any way that you see fit, such as video, graphics for blogs etc, characters page, wallpaper etc.

• I have the right to post the art in my galleries, and I will give you credit for original characters.

• If for some reason you don't want me to post it, be sure to let me know.

• You can't alter the art in any major way, included: editing colors or shape, covering portion of the art, cropping to remove characters/shapes/items etc, and please never remove my watermark.

• You can add text, names, titles, quotes and other to your heart's desire.

• You can make banner or icons out of the art you buy. Credit to me for the art it's always required.

By commissioning me you formally claim you have read my terms and agreed with it.

Accepting the invoice you're claiming you are above age of sixrteen (16) and legally allowed to enter a contract with the artist (me).

You're fully aware that you're buying a digital file, there will never be a physical item, and nothing will ever be shipped to you at any time. Your data will never be used to anything unrelated to the commission. No third party will received them, not any further mail not concerning the art will be sent. Your mail will never be put in a mailing list. Your data will always and only stored for communication purpose between the customer (you) and the artist (me) until completion of the agreed commission, and you authorize me to use them for this purpose.

Payment is always full and upfront.

Commissions will be only started after the payment is completed.

No refunds, unless I can't complete the work for whatever reason. In that case refund will be offered in full.

I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel like I can't do a good job on it or I feel uncomfortable with the theme.

Number of character in the image:

All the detail you want in the artwork: pose, expressions, a specific scene or composition, clothes, etc. Links to references or any images you think may help you describe your idea or what you need me to draw.

• I will answer your message as soon as I'm available.

• We will start discussing the commission and I will send you a rough sketch based on what we will agree to do.

• You can ask for any edit to the sketch in this phase. Feel free to be as specific as you want to be, so that we can make sure the sketch will result in a proper result of your idea. I will do my best to accomodate your requests.

• I will then ask you for your paypal mail. I need this in order to send you the invoice for the payment.

NOTE: PLEASE DON'T SENT ME MONEY DIRECTLY IN ANY WAY. Paypal has changed its ToS and artists can't be payed directly anymore for digital goods, we always need to send you invoices or paypal may freeze our accounts.

• After receiving the payment I will add you to my current commission list.

• I will provide wips for you to check during the process of creation, and you will be prompted to verify if anything it's been done correctly. You can ask for minor adjustment, like adding small objects, change expression, colors etc, but once linearts are done I will not redraw entire portions of the drawing. Any major adjustment after the linearts are done will require an additional fee. (Ex. if I send you a wip with colors and you decide that characters should holds hands instead or hug it means I will have to redraw almost everything, so I will need to ask you for an additional fee)

• Once your commission it's done I will send you a link to the completed work.

Hello people, hope you're all doing good and are enjoying your summer!

Me? Yeah not at all. That's why I'm writing this, since it takes me forever to move through my commission list.

There are being tons of personal things slowing me down the last few months, but August specifically has been crazy.... first, that's been a heat wave and my AC have been slowly dying since summer start but ultimately DIED mid July so HURRAY for me who live in a room with no windows, so I spent the last few weeks in a fucking coffin. And still am because OF COURSE no one is around for fixing this old thing, everyone is on holiday so #ripme I guess.

On top of this, my father decided, without even telling me first, that AUGUST was the perfect time of the year for renovations. In the middle of the heat wave. With no AC. GREAT. So yeah even that had been EXTREMELY stressful and basically I haven't touch my tablet for half the month?? Since I only had 4 days to pack everything and cleaning around before renovation starts. And since We Cannot Have Nice Things, my father, the fucking genius, decided to give the job to some acquaintances of his for a favor price and guess what? They were incompetent idiots!! And now the house it's double the mess!!

But you know what's funnier? One of the idiots kept coming to work WITH FLU & FEVER, without telling anybody, AND NOW I HAVE FLU & FEVER TOO. Because OF COURSE I do, things were already GREAT, right?

GOD I'm so tired I just want to go back drawing and being able to BREATHE =.=

So yeah that's my summer for you guys, sorry for the rant, just thought it was right to update you all on the state of thins. I'm still taking meds and fever it's going better, but cough and breathing it's not so I'm not working right now. Actually, my house it's still a mess, the idiots left today and I have to keep cleaning around, but I hope to be able to get back into work in a few days. Wish me luck TT_________TT

Just a little update on things (again) I'm feeling so much better!! Fever & flu are gone, I took the chance to rest a couple days also, renovations are over (except a little thing in the kitchen but it's no big deal and we gotta wait 2 weeks so) and I'M FREEEEEEE

I was loosing my mind this month, too many dumb things at once, I'm glad things can go back to normal finally! Thank you for the comments and nice words ♥
